We want you to be satisfied with RecruitHacker, operated by Beijing Tongyue Technology Co., Ltd. (北京桐岳科技有限公司). This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment or your first payment after a free trial. No questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@recruithacker.com with your account email and the reason (optional). We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the initial 14-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:
If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription within 30 days of the annual charge. After 30 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable, but your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges — you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 14-day window.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
